A.S.P. Air Strike Patrol - SNES

Fuck this game.  Some sort of tactical airplane something or other.  Tried for 3 minutes to do something, and all I could do was move a little cursor around a few options, but nothing seemed to do anything.  Had a feeling I wouldn't care going into it, and man was I right.
